BioOkay I've changed the concept and so far its working.
Each day I make a list of things I need to do in order to change my life. If I do them then I win in many ways. If I don't then I am forcing myself to giveaway something I love.

I think this will fail. I hope it will not.
I pay far too much attention to the movies, tv and music in my life.
